Terms of Service & Advertising Policy
EFFECTIVE DATE: SEPTEMBER 2026 // INDEPENDENT MEDIA NOTICE
1. Final Sales and No-Refund Policy: Al Malaki is an independent football blog and player directory startup. All commercial transactions—including player data sheet formatting fees ($149 USD) and corporate ad banner inventory placements—are paid strictly to cover the administrative time, manual labor, and technical setup required to publish content on our website. Because this digital layout creation and server resource allocation occur immediately, all payments are 100% final, definitive, and strictly non-refundable.
2. Advertising Layout and Performance Framework: For corporate sponsors purchasing display banner slots, this website guarantees the technical placement and active rendering of the submitted graphic files on the agreed areas. As an independent, newly born media startup, we offer no explicit, implicit, or guaranteed metrics regarding user impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, or financial return on investment (ROI). Sponsorship fees represent digital space rental only.
3. Content Guidelines and Ad Placement: All corporate advertising assets, third-party ticketing widgets, and user submissions must respect basic sportsmanship, family-friendly media standards, and local regulations. We strictly prohibit any integration related to sports betting, gambling, alcohol, or predatory financial services. We reserve the unilateral right to immediately remove or suspend any active banner violating these guidelines without liability or refund obligations.
4. Nature of Services and Limitation of Liability: Al Malaki does not operate as a licensed sports agency, FIFA matchmaker, or professional scouting firm. Player profiles are formatted using basic text data provided directly by the users for informational and digital resume purposes. We do not guarantee, verify, or certify athletic performance, nor do we promise trials, professional contracts, or club contact. Users assume full responsibility for the truthfulness of the data they submit.
5. Acceptance of Terms: By processing any payment via Stripe or digital transfer to our media platform, the user, athlete, parent, or sponsoring entity formally acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this realistic scope of service, waiving any rights to chargebacks or performance-based commercial litigation.
